This year, we celebrate on Friday, July 2nd: the most famous film by the maestro from Rimini turns 50, and the ‘New Year’s Eve of the Summer’ wants to pay homage to it.
Sant’Orsola will be present throughout the entire weekend among the parties along the entire coast, accompanying guests with its two flagship products: Prosecco DOC and Raboso DOC.
Since its first edition in 2006, the Pink Night has exponentially grown in success with thousands of people coming from all over Italy and unprecedented media coverage that has crossed national borders.
The formula, on the other hand, has been successful: 100 km of coastline from Comacchio to Cattolica, which light up pink in one night and offer events, concerts, and various manifestations in the streets and squares.
If until now the Summer New Year’s Eve took place on Saturday with a concentration of events in a single night that reached almost 300 appointments simultaneously throughout the Romagna Riviera, now the event spreads over the 3 days of the weekend. The main events will take place on the night between Friday and Saturday, but events will also be scheduled for Saturday and Sunday.
The impressive numbers that the Pink Night has accustomed us to leave no doubts about the event’s attractive capacity, its autonomous pulling power even on a weekday.
Tour operators are certainly satisfied: the move to Friday has great potential for “tourist packages” (3-day offers will be available for the first weekend of July) and will avoid the overload of events in a single night as happened until now. With the secondary and not negligible effect of preventing excesses and “party” phenomena recorded in previous editions.
